Founder，Chairman

Ms. He was formerly employed by the Institute of Acoustics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Ms. He had successively participated in key projects sponsored by the National Natural Foundation of China, in intelligent computer projects included in the National 836 Program, and in key projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences during the Eighth Five-year Plan period, and played a part in the compilation of Chinese Speech Synthesis - Principles and Technology.

Mr. Wang had provided comprehensive consulting services such as strategic planning, brand building, and enterprise management for multiple leading global enterprises including Microsoft, Cisco, HP, NetEase, General Motors, BMW, Shell, Michelin, Johnson & Johnson, and Novartis. She is qualified as a Chinese certified public accountant and an international certified internal auditor, was formerly served as a senior auditor and manager at PwC CN, as Internal Control Manager of Intel (China), as CFO of Beijing New Cooperation Trade Chain Stores, and as Credit Management Senior Manager of Intel (China).

Mr. Huang graduated from Fudan University with a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Technology, was formerly served as a software R&D engineer with Microsoft (China) Co., Ltd., as R&D Director of Bing Webpage Search Department, and Chief R&D Director of the Maps China Team.

Mr. Hao graduated from Southeast University with a Doctorate Degree in Biomedical Engineering, was formerly served as Manager of the Technology Research Department of Beijing Jietong SinoVoice Technology Co., Ltd., and as Senior R&D Engineer in Hangzhou InforwareLab Technology Co., Ltd.
